The Connecting Dreams Foundation SVC, is an organization dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities by bridging gaps, fostering hope, and empowering dreams. CDF works in the 3-C model of entrepreneurship. Collect, Create and Change.CDF SVC currently have three ongoing projects, Project Roshni, Project Prerna and Project Alankriti.

Collect

This is the very first step which includes gathering of resources and ideas by researching and collaborating.

Create

Once we got lots of insights, the next step is to utilize this information to develop innovative solutions by brainstorming, ideation to generate new ideas to create impactful solutions.

Change

The final phase which focuses on implementing the developed solutions to bring about positive transformation in community.
