The Connecting Dream Foundation's Horizon '24 event on February 15th and 16th, 2024, focused on sustainable entrepreneurship. Guest speaker Mr. Prafful Garg, CEO of Younity Community Pvt Ltd, shared valuable insights. Day 2 featured a panel discussion on influencer entrepreneurship with guests Mr. Sachin Jha, Mr. Naman Kapoor, and Mr. Aditya Singh. The event included engaging activities like the 'Make a perfect blend challenge' and 'Pick one Leave one' game. Performances by Mr. Harsh Sharma and student Jai added a memorable touch. "Horizon" bridged entrepreneurship and sustainability through enriching discussions and performances.

Bling Donation Drive

Project Prerna by the Connecting Dreams Foundation, chapter SVC, orchestrated a successful donation drive on November 4, 2023, as part of our esteemed annual fundraiser, BLING 2.0. With a noble mission to provide essential stationery items and menstrual hygiene products to underprivileged children and women, we sparked a light of hope to the youths. Dispensing fresh pens and notebooks, we ignited sparks of academic enthusiasm. Challenging societal taboos, we graciously distributed sanitary pads, engaging both genders. The unwavering support of Gurudiksham NGO proved helpful.The drive evoked a profound sense of responsibility within us, as the joy in the children’s eyes filled us with happiness.

Project Saundarya

Project Saundarya is an initiative taken by Connecting Dreams Foundation, SVC that attempts to empower the life of underprivileged students. The Project Saundarya is a classroom makeover project which is in collaboration with Teach for India, started on Gandhi Jayanti (02/08/2023). In this our team of 10-15 members went at Shaheed bhagat singh marg, near pal dairy, Munirka, New Delhi and they do the makeover of the classroom so beautifully,the students are very happy.
This incredible opportunity helped us to take a step forward in our journey to enlighten the lives of underprivileged students as well as gave us the chance to take respite from our everyday schedules and have the perfect bonding time with learning and laughter.

Summer Distribution Drive
(Beat The Heat)

On June 27, 2023, we partnered with Fresca Juices for the "Beat the Heat" event at Hanuman Majdoor Camp, aimed at aiding underprivileged residents. With dedicated CDF volunteers, the event ran smoothly. We distributed 408 juice cans of assorted flavors, bringing smiles to children, gratitude from women, and appreciation from workers. The positive feedback from beneficiaries and Fresca Juices underscores the success of our collaboration. We express sincere thanks to Fresca Juices for their generous support, without which this event wouldn't have been possible. Looking ahead, we aspire to continue this partnership, fostering more events to support communities in need.
